Hello Healthy October!

Breakfast: my magic drink, my magic coffee. I had a bowl of quinoa, blueberries, mango, pineapple, cinnamon and almond milk.







At 9 am I had cauliflower, black beans, celery, carrots.





Lunch:

and I had popcorn and pom juice with sparkling water.
Dinner was more quinoa, almond milk, pineapple and mango.
