Day 17

My lemon drink, my magic coffee.

Breakfast
Lunch: Zupa's  Nut Berry Salad, quinoa, veggie soup, half of a roll and chocolate strawberry. 

At 2:30 2 brown rice roller, 1 fig, cashews and coffee with almond milk.


Dinner: Black grapes, avocado, broccoli, cashews.

plus popcorn and pom/sparkling water.

Before bed, peppermint tea and energy bar
