Lemon drink, coffee with almond milk.
Breakfast 7:15: tomato, orange pepper, celery with almond butter, apple, cucumber.
Mid-morning: banana dusted with cinnamon, cacao and chia. Mint sprig.
Lunch: avocado, onion, garlic, potato, kale, broccoli, walnuts.
Snack at 3: apple and cashews.
Popcorn with sparkling water/lemon/rye.
Before bed: banana and chia
