Lemon drink, coffee with almond milk.
Breakfast: carrots, celery, sautéed tempeh and kale/radish greens, almonds.
Lunch: Mixed grain cereal, blueberries, cinnamon, almond milk, hemp hearts.
Popcorn and pom drink
Dinner: Celery sticks and black bean hummus.
Peppermint tea and 3 squares of dark chocolate.
