Lemon drink, coffee and almond milk.
Breakfast: Avocado, almonds, carrots, green drink.

Mid morning: green drink with cranberries
Lunch: celery carrots, broccoli Normandy.
Dinner: mixed grain oatmeal, blueberries and walnuts, almond milk.
