Lemon drink, coffee with almond milk and cinnamon (2)
Breakfast: 1 apple, carrots, cucumber, basil leaf
Snack at 11:00: Green drink (bottled) and almonds.
Lunch 12:15: chicken, mixed greens, small amount of dressing, zucchini; sautéed onion, zucchini, Portobello mushrooms, turmeric, herbs, garlic with fish oil. Blueberries for dessert.
4:00 Snacked on chicken, almonds and hot chocolate (cacao).
6 to 8 get-together. There will be snacks.
