Lemon drink, coffee with almond milk
Breakfast: mixed grain cereal, chia, blueberries, almond milk and walnuts/maple syrup.
Lunch: Carrots, celery, zucchini, almonds, figs
Grazed:
Roasted chicken, 4 figs, 2 chocolate squares, almonds, green drink 2 glasses.
