DAY 12 (After 65 days of trying other ways)

Lemon drink (2), coffee with almond milk
Breakfast: Avocado and apple with cinnamon.
Lunch: Figs/walnuts, carrots, cucumber
Green drink and popcorn.
Dinner: mixed greens, chopped carrots, cucumber and mushroom; sautéed broccoli and zucchini with nutritional yeast; avocado.
