DAY 39 (plus 65)

Lemon drink and coffee with cinnamon, cacao, coconut oil.
Breakfast: orange
Lunch: raw: carrots, celery, cucumber. Sautéed: mushroom, tempeh, onion, hemp and fish sauce.
Rye. New herbal tea in new cup. Nice!
Dinner: PT Noodle (curry chicken and white rice, pho)
