DAY 126

Lemon drink and coffee/almond milk
Breakfast: Carrots, kiwi, sautéed mushrooms with spinach and herbs. Carrots.
Lunch: Large romaine, carrot salad with chickpeas and oil and ACV.
Apple half
Mid afternoon: walnuts, apple half and herbal tea.
Dinner: vegan stew and small hash brown potato.
