DAY 149

Ate so much, so wrong since last food posting (while I visited CA) that I must do something to get back on track.

Breakfast: Veg broth.
Mid. Soup
Lunch: Soup
Mid: Soup
Dinner: Soup
After: bread and butter. I also ate figs all day.
I'll do better tomorrow.
