Breakfast: Cauliflower with nutritional yeast, sautéed mushrooms, celery, cucumber, carrots, avocado/garlic on gluten-free bagel.
Lunch: Steamed cauliflower, carrots, celery, basil with nutritional yeast and a small amount of salad dressing, 1/2 GF bagel with avocado and garlic.
Popcorn
Mixed grain cereal with blueberries, hemp, flax, walnuts, cinnamon.
