Breakfast: avocado, mixed greens, carrots, zucchini, cucumber, nutritional yeast, ACV
Sautéed mushrooms and zucchini
Snack: fig, walnuts, green drink
Lunch: mixed salad like yesterday, blueberries, walnuts.
Snack: Same as earlier.
Woke at 1:00: Lemon drink and fig/almond and then back to bed.
