Almonds and blueberries.
Noon Lunch: Romaine, cucumber, broccoli, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, sun-dried tomatoes, spices and walnut oil ACV dressing.
Dinner: same salad (ground pumpkin seeds added)
Smoothie: almond milk, cinnamon, blueberries.
