This entry is a re-posting of an early

Also re-posted are the links.

Healthy No-Flour Crackers and Five-Minute Hummus

I joined Pinterest the other day. I recommend you check it out.

I found both recipes there and they were both easy to make. They are tasty, too. :-)

The Endurance Cracker recipe (contains: sesame seed, chia seeds, pepita seeds, sunflowers seeds) as well as the 5-Minute Spicy Hummus can be found on my "Healthy Eating" Board at Pinterest.

Dying to Have Known

I just watched the documentary,  Dying to Have Known.

In this documentary, filmmaker Steve Kroschel went on a 52-day journey to find evidence to the effectiveness of the Gerson Therapy – a long-suppressed natural cancer cure.

I found it informative. Maybe you will, too.

Forks Over Knives. I watched this documentary again (Netflix instant play). I highly recommend this important film on nutrition. I have linked the website: http://www.forksoverknives.com/.

Saint Patrick's Day

I thought I'd post a few links for Saint Patrick Day's recipes with some healthy substitutions since March 17th is right around the corner. (I was able to open these links without membership or registration.)

I have included a link about beer 'benefits' and history,  some fun facts about Saint Patrick's Day and a link to crafts.
