DAY 114..
Lemon drink, coffee with almond milk.
Breakfast: Mixed grain oatmeal, blueberries, cinnamon, hemp hearts, almond milk.
Lunch: carrots and hummus
Dinner: Chicken broth soup, quinoa noodles, spinach and tempeh, nutritional yeast.
