Lemon drink, coffee and almond milk.
Breakfast: apple with cinnamon, kiwi, peppermint basil.
1 egg, mushrooms, spinach, basil.
Lunch: Huge mixed salad
Dinner: stews, apple, kiwi and walnuts
herbal tea
