This morning's meal. I also have a special drink every morning: hot water, lemon, ACV, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, cumin, ginger, nutritional yeast. My coffee this morning: almond milk, chia, cacao, hemp hearts and cinnamon added.
Example: September 22 breakfast. Today, (the 28th) is day number 11 eating this way. I have a protein bar and tea at night to satisfy my sweet tooth.
