VEGAN BEANIE THING :-)
Equal amounts of garbanzos and black beans ( I used canned because that's what I had)
Mixed peppers (chopped)
Onion (chopped fine)
Pineapple (chopped)
Walnuts (chopped)
Onion (chopped fine)

Walnuts (chopped)
Garlic (diced)
Parsley/Cilantro (chopped)
Herbs/spices: basil, thyme, oregano, celery leaf, rosemary
red pepper, black pepper, salt, turmeric, cumin...
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Mix it all together, chill and serve on romaine leaves. Raw baby carrots were great on the side.
